As well as being an amazing therapist, Kim is also a registered yoga instructor. She graduated her advanced (500 hour) teaching training in the winter of 2016. She was fully emerged in the ashram lifestyle, where they taught her how to follow her own spiritual path through mediation, yoga, breath work, ancient teachings and karma.
Her classes contain dynamic movement that involves consciously placing the body-breath-mind in a special way. She provides inspired support and guidance to students pursuing their varied and changing goals. She creates safe nurturing classes where students can explore and experience the body-mind-spirit connection. Leaving feeling more vibrant, more alive.
Her goal as the teacher is to help students develop and sustain their yoga practice by giving them guidance on their mats.
General Class Intention
- · Gently moving through asanas or moderately flowing through asanas (depending on the class)
- · Taking moments to completely relax the body
- · Clearing the mind
- · Connecting with the breath
- · Deepening the connection to the body.
Kim teaches the following classes:
- Yoga-lates - Thursdays at 7:15
- Hatha - Thursdays at 8:30
- Yin - Sundays at 7:30
Classes Run Tuesday January 9 - Sunday March 25. 12 week session for $180.
Our classes run with only 3-9 participants per class it is a great non-intimidating and friendly place to settle into a practice. New students are always welcome anytime to try one class free. Drop-ins ($18) and Late registrations are available as long as space allows. Online booking of your spot is recommended as there may not be room! or alternatively, Classes need a minimum of 3 to run and will be taken off online booking if not on. so online RSVP is recommended to ensure that we can accommodate you.
